Menu Update: More Summer Seafood
We’re continuing to make changes based on your helpful feedback in an effort to ever-improve and expand the Galley menu and experience — beginning with introducing more seafood options to our daily menu.
You asked for more fish, so we spent countless hours creating and testing new seafood recipes. Starting today, we’ll have either a pescatarian or vegetarian option — like our Roasted Red Pepper Salmon or spicy Sichuan Cauliflower — alongside our two other menu items.
We’ve worked with our seafood supplier to come up with new sustainable options, including white bass, lump crab meat, local blue catfish, cod, and trout. Just like our salmon, we only serve fish that has been caught within 48 hours of arriving at our kitchen.
Because seafood is difficult to keep moist when reheating, we tirelessly tested new recipes before finding those that met our quality standards. We’re thrilled with our results and can’t wait for you to have some of the best seafood available delivered right to your door.
